1) crack.
2) the wheel groove uneven wear loss reached 3mm.
3) wheel groove wall thickness wear up to 20% of the original wall thickness at.
4) because of wear of the wheel groove bottom diameter reduction of wire rope diameter 50%.
5) other damage of steel wire rope defect related issues.
Two, the ratio of electric hoist crane pulley diameter and the wire rope diameter shall be not less than the specified value.
Three, electric hoist crane pulley groove should be smooth, manual lever hoist no damage of steel wire rope defect driving.
Four, electric hoist wire rope pulley should prevent the device from the wheel slot.
