Explosion-proof Rope hoist factory test and exterior painting

3, the dynamic load test: Rated voltage, frequency, 1.25 times more than 5 times the rated load reciprocating movements, and less than 3 times the air starter, stroke less than 2m.
4, the brake down test, according to the national standard lifting speed brake slipped less than 1%. If there is a second brake, the second brake support to be tested load capacity.
5, the buck test: the  Rope hoist  motor inlet voltage is adjusted to 85% of the rated voltage, the load state Airstart less than 3 times, the trip less than 2m.
6, other routine items checked.
Appearance Spray: cleaning (if necessary surface treatment), primer, paint (at least twice a topcoat), dry film thickness of each layer of not less than 25um, the total film thickness of not less than 75um, spraying uniform, bright, color consistent paint adhesion grid method to meet inspection requirements. For special occasions Rope hoist, such as anti-acid, anti-fog, etc. can respond to the requirements of owners.
