How to install  Rope hoist , today I mainly on Rope hoist installation method
First, install chain hoist must first install the chain box;
Second, connect the power cord
Connect the power cord must be cut off in advance. Meanwhile ground should be well grounded, otherwise the operator touches any part of the chain hoist or when you are likely to feel a shock feeling.
Third, lubricate chain hoist  load chain
Chain lubrication level is a load chain life is an important factor. Timely and effective lubrication of the load chain, in order to ensure the effective life of the chain.
Fourth, check the chain arrangement
For multi-line chain Rope hoist, the hook should ensure that the next frame will not be overturned. If you flip it back to its normal state, to ensure the chain of weld arranged in rows. Do not twist the chain hoist hanging load.
Finally, check the operating voltage
Since Rope hoist factory, is based on a user-specified voltage or high voltage equipment (only dual voltage terms), such as 230/460V, need to check the wiring and make sure the power supply voltage requirements are met. If not, please refer to the manual must be corrected in order to meet the operating voltage requirements.
Tips:
Install Rope hoist, if improper voltage operation, may cause Rope hoistcausing serious damage. To prevent this from happening, you must ensure wiring meet the required power requirements.
