Inspection procedures and requirements
(A) Eligibility
Manufacture and installation of special equipment for transformation service (hereinafter referred to as production) process supervision and inspection shall meet the following basic requirements:
1 manufacturer shall obtain manufacturing,hoist and trolley installation, alteration, repair permits, within the validity period;
2 Install the transformation maintenance of construction has been informed in accordance with the provisions of the construction;
3 installed equipment manufacturing license is obtained product manufacturing units,wire rope winch and comply with the safety requirements of the technical specifications;
4 The transformation maintenance equipment has been handled using the registration;
5. Production quality management system is operating normally;
6 There is scope to adapt the production safety of technical specifications and standards;
Specific conditions and requirements contained in the relevant supervision and inspection rules of technical safety.
(Two) implementing agencies
AQSIQ approved quality and technology supervision departments at all levels of special equipment inspection and testing institutions. Manufacturing Inspection in accordance with the principle of territorial management, from the location of the test with a detection range of provincial and municipal agencies responsible for implementing the test detects the specific implementation by the Provincial Quality and Technical Supervision planning agency, to the public, written notice of manufacturing units.
Installation and reconstruction of maintenance supervision and inspection by the local inspection and testing with the scope of inspection and testing agencies, the specific scope of inspection and testing by the Provincial Quality and Technical Supervision arrangements to the public.
 
(Four) deadline
1 license authorities received the application and implementation of the information, shall,wire rope hoist within 5 working days to complete the work accepted, make arrangements for supervision and inspection of whether notice.
2. Supervision, Inspection and must meet the requirements of its production activities, supervision and inspection work is completed, general equipment shall, within 5 working days of inspection reports issued by oversight, large equipment shall be issued in 30 days supervision and inspection reports.
