Supervision of Special Equipment Inspection Inspection Program

Special equipment manufacturing supervision and inspection, including application, acceptance,rope hoist supervision, inspection, supervision and inspection certificate issued by procedures such as:

(3) construction plans.

Local Quality and Technical Supervision, Inspection and manufacturing applications received, after examination that meet the requirements, be entertained and inform the respective institutional arrangements for inspection supervision and inspection work, and notify manufacturing units.
Installation and reconstruction of inspection and testing institutions received Supervision, Inspection and maintenance of the application, after examination that meets the requirements, it shall make arrangements for supervision and inspection work, and notify the Installation and reconstruction of maintenance units,
3 Inspection
Manufacturing Inspection:
Manufacturer shall supervision and inspection agencies at the scene to provide the following materials and conditions:
(1) production planning;
(2) Quality Management Manual and related management systems;
(3) the quality of management, professional and technical personnel and professional and technical workers certified personnel lists and documents;
(4) manufacturing equipment design documents, manufacturing process documents;
(5) The manufacturing process of the various inspection and acceptance information;
(6) the establishment of service with the supervision and inspection work;
(7) the necessary working conditions;
Inspection and testing institutions should be based on the output of manufacturing units,hoist equipment in line with the requirements of the inspection personnel engaged in the supervision and inspection work.
         
Installation transformation maintenance organization shall provide the following materials at the site and conditions:
(A) construction plans;
(2) Quality Management Manual and related management systems;
(3) the quality of management, professional and technical personnel and professional and technical workers certified personnel lists and documents;
(4) equipment factory file, install the transformation process and the corresponding maintenance of construction design documents;
(5) the construction process of a variety of inspection, acceptance information;
(6) the establishment of service with the work;
(7) under the supervision and inspection of the situation, you need to set up a fixed office space in the field, to prepare the necessary working conditions.
Inspection and testing institutions should be based on condition of the equipment, arrange to meet the requirements of the inspection personnel engaged in the supervision and inspection work.
4 Supervision and Inspection certificate issued
After inspection and testing institutions supervision and inspection, that the production process, equipment safety performance of technical safety requirements, according to Taiwan (cylinders by batch) issued by the special equipment safety supervision and inspection certificate (certificate, one copy); in the production process problems found, issued by the special equipment safety supervision and inspection contact list or advice notices.
